Classic dry massage – Here's how:

You don't always need massage oil for an effective massage. A dry massage with a suitable massage brush also activates the lymphatic system, stimulates blood circulation, and provides a soothing relaxation effect.
Create a pleasant atmosphere where you can fully enjoy your massage. The classic dry massage follows a simple pattern. Once learned, you can perform it again and again.
Start at your right foot and stroke with the dry brush in small, circular movements towards your hip. Then follow with the left leg. Have you also thought of your foot soles? After the legs, continue your dry massage on your arms: first right, then left, again with circular movements from the hands upwards to the shoulder. Finally, follow with the chest, abdomen, shoulders, and possibly back. Guide the brush here in slightly larger circular movements towards the heart to optimally promote blood circulation.
