Payment and Shipping Terms
Payment terms apply according to our general terms and conditions.
Delivery on account: 10 days 2% discount or 30 days net; SEPA direct debit: 3% discount.
Domestic shipping free of charge for net orders over 300.00 EUR, otherwise at cost.
International deliveries by advance payment, postage at cost.
For existing customers, previous terms and conditions will be maintained.
Questions & Answers
Registration: Register your company easily using our online form.
Review: We will promptly review your details.
Activation: After successful review, we will activate your account. You will receive a confirmation email and can log in directly with the email address provided in the form to view our business terms and conditions.
You can view your business conditions immediately after your customer account has been activated. When logging in, please make sure to enter the exact email address you provided during registration. Should you still experience problems logging in or accessing the conditions, please contact our Support.
To view the business terms and the "Purchase on Account" payment option, you must first log in to your B2B account here with your email address.
Different tax rates apply depending on the country of delivery. Please select your country in the footer so that the prices are displayed with the correct VAT for you.
